Let Travel be the language of Love... with Last Minute Holidays that won't disappoint.

Most of us will now be experiencing the ups and downs of the Valentine's day weekend, combined with February half term holidays for the kids... why not get away from all the madness and go abroad with a choice of last minute holidays instead? We ask the experts at HolidayHoliday.co.uk where they'd recommend for romance.

"If it's romance that you're looking for, there are plenty of last minute holidays abroad that won't fail to deliver" says Emma Healey, Director of holiday search engine website HolidayHoliday.co.uk. "From Paris to the Maldives Holiday Holiday can help you find a romantic holiday that's guaranteed to sweep your loved one of their feet." Ample help is at hand with over 150 ABTA bonded travel agents advertising on the holiday website, all of which have a wealth of experience and often first hand knowledge of the holidays they are advertising.

So where to go? City breaks to destinations such as Paris, Rome and Venice are classic romantic short breaks, but often they can be expensive and cost the same amount as a week away abroad. "There are lots of last minute holidays still available in February so why not grab one quick!?" says Emma. The promise of a perfect beach, walking along the golden sand watching the sun go down is a must for any couple in love. But where to find it?

If it's a relaxing romantic week in the sun you're after, then the Caribbean is a good place to start. Last minute holidays to the Caribbean are ideal this time of year for guaranteed winter sun. The perfect beaches, swaying palm trees and often all inclusive service can help you and your partner relax and just enjoy being together for a week without the distractions of modern day life. Says Emma "Winter breaks to exotic & long-haul destinations are now far more popular than they used to be, especially as more flights make far-flung destinations such as the Indian Ocean or Africa much more accessible and less expensive".

Alternatively, if you want a romantic holiday but don't just want to lie on a beach then why not experience something more adventurous together? A wildlife safari in Africa, a scuba diving trip to the Red Sea, a cruise along the River Nile, a journey through Oman, a holiday in Rio... There's a lot to be said for experiencing new adventures together and creating wonderful memories of your exciting holidays together.

If you'd prefer to keep the flight shorter, there are some beautiful coastlines to be found in places such as Croatia, the Amalfi Coast in Italy, even sailing around the Greek Islands. If you don't mind being in the cold, the Northern lights are best seen this time of year, why not experience them together in Reykjavik with a glass of champagne and a moonlit walk? Or relax in a cosy log cabin in Finland and let the world pass you both by.

"Search HolidayHoliday.co.uk now and you won't be disappointed" confirms Emma, "Our travel agents will be able to give you excellent advice on romantic getaways this year, whether they are last minute holidays in February or a special occasion holiday planned for later on in the year. We make sure all travel agents on our holiday website are ABTA and ATOL bonded as well, meaning that you can have peace of mind that the romantic holiday you've booked for the two of you will be everything you've hoped for".
