Work was completed on these high quality 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in 2006. All of the comforts they offer combined with the variety of amenities on offer in the complex, make these apartments a fantastic choice for either families or small groups.
This hotel is located just 17.7 km south of the Disney property in a quiet community. Both Sea World and Universal are just 25 minutes by car.
The apartments come fully equipped and feature excellent furnishings, full kitchens including fridge, cooker, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities, large living rooms and full dining tables. All linens, cooking utensils and dishes are provided. All units have a washer/dryer, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio and ironing facilities. All have individually adjustable air conditioning and heating.
There is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool and gym available to guests. Snooker is also offer.
Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.
