Set in extensive gardens, Oscar's has three outdoor swimming pools, one with fun slides and chutes and one with a wave machine and bumper boats as well as a small private man made beach area and jetty. There is also a health and fitness centre which houses the indoor swimming pool (heated in winter only), jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Villas are situated around the main pool and have the same facilities as the Club Apartments. They have a terrace and are duplex, set over two floors. 4 people can be accommodated in each galleried room.

Four swimming pools - the main 'Y' shaped pool with 2 children's sections and a swim-up bar, aqua park with waterslides, wave pool and indoor pool (heated from 01 November – 31 March) - pool towels provided, private (man-made) rocky half sandy beach area, pool & lobby bars, restaurant, a la carte restaurant (in summer), tennis court, courtesy 'train' service to Kyrenia 3 times a day except Sundays, health and fitness club including jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, gym. Wireless Internet access in lobby. (Outdoor facilities open 01 April to 31 October depending on weather conditions.)
Transfer & Distances: 40 minute transfer from Ercan airport, 5 minute drive from central Kyrenia, 10 minute drive to Bellapais village and Abbey, on the seafront.
