Topaz (offering a variety of international dishes, reservations required), Pineapple Grill which serves Caribbean specialities (reservations are required). Chef Pietro's offers delicious à la carte dining at least 2 nights a week (booking is essential). There are also barbecues held regularly at the unique location of Mary's cliff-top 'Out-House'. 4 bars: Out-House, serving light snacks, beer and sodas 12.30pm-5.00pm; Pelican, also open 12.30pm-5.00pm for drinks and light snacks; Piano Bar. serving early morning coffee, afternoon tea and all-day drinks; and Pineapple Sports Bar & Disco serving drinks until midnight. Late snacks are served from 1l.00pm-1.30am at the Pelican snack bar.
