These villa's are aimed at clients who know what to expect in an executive home and are looking for reassurance on standards rather than a specific location. These homes are located in the more up-scale neighborhoods in the Disney area and are of a higher standard. All homes are non-smoking homes. Guests are allowed to smoke on the patio/pool area only and will be charged for a deep clean if it is found that they have been smoking within the home.
The homes will have either three, four, five or six bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Each home will be fully equipped and will feature a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. You can obtain extra towels and linen, if required upon arrival for an extra charge. The homes are either one or two storey (can be requested at the time of reservation) and will have a minimum of one lounge and living area with the larger homes having two lounge areas. Within the lounge will be a colour cable TV, with a DVD or video player and one other TV will be in the master bedroom. The master bedroom will normally have a queen size bed and then the other bedrooms will either have double or twin beds in. Choose between a villa including heated pool or not including heated pool. The outside area will have patio furniture for you to relax on and of course the swimming pool.
