Location
The hotel is situated 25 miles north of Colombo, about 25 minutes from the airport. Within walking distance along a public beach of the fishing village of Negombo, where fishermen are still regularly seen bringing in their catches. The main street outside the hotel has bars and souvenir shops. The hotel has a three storey main building with an adjoining wing six storeys high.
