Access to this web site is conditional on your agreement that the contents and all matters which arise between you the customer and holidayholiday.co.uk will be governed by English law.
holidayholiday.co.uk is based in the UK, which is where this particular website has been created and is located.
As a full member of ABTA the Association of British Travel Agents, we are able to offer complete peace of mind to you the customer that your holiday money is safe in our hands. We operate as retail agent for Tour Operators under ABTA number W7477 and also hold our own ATOL License Number 5704 as part of Future Travel.
Whilst we constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of accuracy using reasonable care and skill, we cannot be held responsible for the content contained within this website. We strongly advise you to check all details relating to your holiday/travel arrangements at the time of booking.
This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer, purely as an invitation to treat.
All contracts concluded between holidayholiday.co.uk and you the customer are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Reference on this website to “our”, “we” and “us” are references to holidayholiday.co.uk and Co-operative Group Limited.
Price and Availability Information
The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input, however we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice. Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes. All holiday and flight prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. Ticket on departure and/or resort transfers charges may apply to selected holidays.
For credit card payment, a fee per person will be applied to all credit /charge card transactions, 1.95% for credit card transactions, 2% charge cards, 3% diners.
Please note that the prices quoted on this website are supplied directly from tour operators. These prices may exclude some mandatory costs such as fuel charges and flight supplements. As members of the Co-operative Travel Trading Group, Co-operatve Group Ltd. is working to encourage operators to include all unavoidable charges in their quoted prices. We believe this will provide greater transparency and give customers a fairer basis for comparing prices.

All holidays and flights advertised in this website are bound by the relevant Tour Operators terms and conditions and are subject to availability.
We collect information such as name, address and date of birth when an enquiry is generated, or a booking is made. Holidayholiday.co.uk will use your information for administration, customer services and targeted marketing. In order to fulfill our commitments to you we will disclose your information to our service providers and agents. We may contact you by mail, telephone, fax or email to let you know about any other products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional material, please state this to your travel advisor at the time of booking. Please note that the information you enter may be transferred outside the European Economic Area for the purposes of marketing. Any transfer of personal information outside of the European Economic Area is done in circumstances ensuring that the information is processed only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the UK's Data Protection Act. Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes.
Here's what each of the Accommodation Type codes means: SC - self catering. For technical reasons not in our control, some holidays marked as self catering may have accommodation for only part of your stay; the remainder may be fly drive with hire car. Our consultants will make these accommodation details clear at time of your call; RO - Room Only; 1-2* - one or two star accommodation; 2-3* - two or three star accommodation; 3-4* - three or four star accommodation; FD - fly/drive package; FO - flight only package. Please Note: The * rating is not an official tourist rating. It is rated by individual operators as defined in their brochures, e.g.: Thomson indicate them as a 'T' rating on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1'T' as the lowest and a 5'T' as the highest.
All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport.
If you do need to apply for a new 10 year passport, please do so at least 12 weeks prior to departure. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when traveling abroad.
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and any Visa that may be necessary. Holidayholiday.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.
The person making the booking (lead passenger) must be aged 18 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party traveling.
It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) Criminal Offences (USA Visitors – Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking the holiday) and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
Please note that Travel/Holiday insurance is NOT included in your holiday cost. We strongly recommend that insurance is added to your booking. Please contact your agent for advice on prices and cover.
Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangement.
