Working from my office at home, without the distractions of the high street and noisy call centres, I am able to offer exceptional customer service to ensure that each and every trip meets and exceeds your expectations. With Instant Cruise Holidays, I can offer a one-to-one travel service, using my own experience combined with some of the best technology in the industry.
Although I am based in Northern Ireland, I speak to and arrange holidays for people nationwide across the UK.
My Travel Experience
I have 5 years experience as a cruise consultant, in which time I have cruised on RCCL, Splendour of the Sea, in the Caribbean, Costa Classica, and Fred Olsen’s, Black Watch in the Mediterranean, and Fred Olsen’s Braemar on an Amazon cruise, Ocean Village, to the Southern Caribbean, which is a totally different concept in that there is no formality, no set dining time, in fact, you just suit yourself. In 2006 I was again back on the Braemar, cruising to the Baltic, and also the Boudicca cruising to West Africa and the Canaries.
I have also been on visits to Carnival Fascination, Carnival Imagination, Majesty of the Seas, Jewel of the Seas, Radisson Voyager, Grand Princess, Black Princess and Marco Polo. I also attended the inaugural events on both the Norwegian Dawn and Costa Mediterranea, on which I had the pleasure of staying on board overnight and sampling the cuisine and entertainment provided.
Since specialising in cruising I have fulfilled the criteria as set by ACE (Fornerly PSARA) and have been certified as an Elite Cruise Agent. With my comprehensive knowledge of various Cruise lines, I am able to advise on the cruise most suitable to your requirements.
Peace of mind
I work as a personal Cruise Consultant, as part of Future Travel Ltd. As an award winning company they offer the support and backing of the Co-operative Group (CWS) Limited. This allows me to package my own offers under their ATOL licence and I'm also ABTA bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
